User Data

To access Lebanon VA services, members must join with their REAL name as registered on the VATSIM or/and IVAO network. The users will provide
personal details such as their name and email address. This information is only used for identification, communication, and operational purposes
within the Virtual Airline and is kept confidential.

Data Collection and Use

Lebanon VA collects data necessary for its operations, including but not limited to:
● Personal Data: Full name, VATSIM ID, IVAO ID, and Email address.

Data collected is primarily used for the following purposes:
● Administering services
● Managing pilot’s rosters during events, tours or group flights
● Supporting users
● Ensuring compliance with IVAO and VATSIM rules and regulations

Aggregated Data and Statistics

Lebanon VA may collect statistical data such as pilot activity, flight plans, and callsigns as part of regular network operations. This data is
made publicly available on the VATSIM and IVAO network for transparency and operational tracking.

Cookies and Log Files

Cookies may be used to improve user experience and track site usage. We may collect log data such as IP addresses to monitor activity for security
and administrative purposes. Some third-party services integrated into our platform may also use cookies, which Lebanon VA cannot control.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

Information may also be shared with IVAO or VATSIM staff, and maybe also between the airline staff for operational purposes, such as:
● New user is requesting help
● While accepting / rejecting Pilots Reports
● Disciplinary history if required for investigation During sponsored events or giveaways organized by the IVAO team or the airline team
itself, limited personal data may be shared with event sponsors, solely for prize distribution purposes.

of these third-party sites before sharing any personal information.

Mandatory Subscription to Notifications (NOTAM)

All Lebanon VA members are not automatically subscribed to receive NOTAMs (Notice to Airmen) and other critical operational updates via email. But they are requested to do that.

Security and Protection Measures

We take appropriate technical and administrative measures to safeguard users’ personal information. However, Lebanon VA cannot guarantee absolute security, and users should participate at their own risk.

Age Restrictions

Users must be at least 13 years old to register with Lebanon VA. Any user found to be under the age of 13 will have their account terminated
in accordance with VATSIM and IVAO Safeguarding Minors Policy.
